"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Hey Y'all! So in case you didn't know- we survived 2012, and 2013 is here! If you didn't know, I dunno what's up with you.
So I've decided to share some things that I hope to accomplish as far as art goes
-first off, I wanna get to all my requests: I feel bad that I've been so bad with keeping up on everyone's requests. I still have some from August that I have to do, so I hope to get those done early on! But no promises...
-I also really want to continue my comic, Takaby: Some of you may not know about this because I only posted a rough intro, a cover page, and the first page of it. But I've done more work on it since. I've done rough character sheets for a lot of the main characters. The problem is the descriptions of the characters were on DoInk, which shut down. But I did save the reference drawings! So I may or may not post them. Let me know if you want me to. The main reason I haven't continues the comic since... *cough* January *cough*.... is because I just don't have a good program to do it on. But once I get a good quality program, I promise I will continue!
-improve in my art!: This is a given, since I automatically do this via practice, but I want to improve specifically on people. I've already improved a bunch since last year. Let's hope I can even more this year!
I love to draw and animate and I intend to use my talent someday working for Disney or Pixar. I ADORE Disney animation (especially the classics). I also like animals, hanging with my friends, helping out, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, English things, Darren Criss, Glee, theater, musicals, war history, nerdy stuff, and occasional video games! I also love Jesus who is my true BFFL
As far as my artwork goes, I am still improving day by day. It's hard to find me without a pencil and sketch pad. Everything I do is self taught (never taken an art class before). Although my main topic for drawings is often animals, I do draw people as well (and I am still very much improving on them! Just like I have improved all along). Practice makes perfect!
So though I am not as good as many of the artists on here, I am here to learn. The best way I teach myself about art is by viewing the artwork of others. Art brings people together.
